With Automotive Intelligence (AM-i), car dealers can publish ads on web portals like Autotrack faster than usual, saving on inventory holding costs. I created an evolutionary design for the new version, structuring and combining the large amount of information more effectively. Car salespeople work daily with many different, unconnected systems. AM-i has recently evolved into a comprehensive solution for advertising, lead management, sales and delivery, omnichannel customer communication, service workflows, and management insights. Together with the team, I designed all of these functionalities.
