2006 | pda application | at Eden with Johan Huijkman and Hennie Steenmetz

The Dutch railways (NS) frequently research which ticket types are used by travellers at specific times on specific routes. NS asked Eden to design a new interface for a pda (personal digital assistant) to be used by the researchers. I analysed the existing process and designed the new interface.

The main challenge was to enable simple, fast and error-proof ticket information entry on a pda in a train. The result of the user test was that researchers quickly got used to the new interface and were able to do their work fast and without much help.
