I'm a freelance interaction designer with over 10 years of
experience in designing and developing websites, intranets,
web applications and prototypes for businesses, cultural
organisations and governmental institutions.

The essence of my work is analysing a problem statement,
visualising the solution and managing its implementation.
I'm bridging the gap between management, design and technology,
having gained experience in each one of these areas.

2003-2004 | websites | at Ontwerpwerk and V2_Lab

These small website designs were never implemented. For the Institute for Hidden Knowledge (IVK) I designed a modular website suited for rich visualisation of debates, with color coding and various media objects.

For The Hague Sculpture I created a sketchy website (based on an existing graphic design) with simplified maps. Each sculpture had a metaphorical tree, with branches representing the concepts in the sculpture and roots representing the artist's background and ideas. The design for the V2_Organisation project 'Capturing unstable media' was inspired by old computer operating systems.
