I'm a freelance interaction designer with over 10 years of
experience in designing and developing websites, intranets,
web applications and prototypes for businesses, cultural
organisations and governmental institutions.
The essence of my work is analysing a problem statement,
visualising the solution and managing its implementation.
I'm bridging the gap between management, design and technology,
having gained experience in each one of these areas.

Travel information was the core functionality for the new website of HTM, The Hague's public transport organisation. Users could start planning their trip directly from the home by diving into the tram routes and times tool, or searching on the map (created by Carto Studio).
In addition, users could create personal routes in My HTM and get automatic updates via e-mail. I created the main site structure and made wireframes for the main pages. The site's implementation was fully compliant with accessibility guidelines.
